Andrew C. Mafeld is the founder and leader of the Connectra group of companies. A native of the UK, he has worked for three leading US corporations, Procter and Gamble, Monsanto and Owens Corning, both in Europe and in the US, holding positions in sales, marketing, technology and general management. His last corporate position was as Managing Director for Central Europe for the Swiss company SICPA
He speaks multiple European languages, holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London, UK and an MBA from the INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, France.

Ylva M. Mafeld is the cofounder of the Connectra group of companies . A native of Sweden, she has worked in Europe for Marubeni, ITT and Corporate Development holding a variety of positions in trading, manufacturing and consulting.
She also speaks multiple languages and graduated from Carr's Commercial College in Pretoria, Rep. Of South Africa.
